Henk Swinnen returns to the Netherlands Broadcasting Music Center
On 1 January 2010 Henk Swinnen has joined to the Netherlands Broadcasting Music Center (MCO by its initials in Dutch) as the artistic manager/deputy manager MCO classical music. Until 1 July 2009 Henk had been the artistic coordinator for the classical orchestras at the MCO. Since his departure the management has been contemplating an adequate fulfilment of this vacancy. The position has been redefined and renamed in accordance with its importance.
Between July 2009 and January 2010 this function has been temporarily taken over by Pieter Prick. He has been programming the 2010-2011 season.
